Our community offers many amenities including; secure entrances, and sand volleyball court, direct access to walking/biking trails, off street parking, in building laundry rooms, on-site management and 24 hour emergency maintenance. All of our units have large balcony/patio, large living rooms and bedrooms, walk-in closets, step savers kitchen, intercom and extra storage locker in the basement. Utilities included are heat, cooking gas and air conditioning. Water is paid to us, $15/person/month (please ask for more details), and electric is paid to Com-Ed. Anyone 18 years of age or older must apply. The application fee is $25 per applicant. Leaseholder?s monthly income must be at least double the monthly rent of the condo applied for, do credit check, cannot have more than 3 items in collections, no bankruptcies in the last 3 years, no evictions filed in the past 5 years no monies owed to any utility company or landlord and all applicants must pass background check for felony offenses and sex offenses. To get a tour of a condo you must make an appointment by phone or e-mail. I show Tuesday Thursday Friday 8-5, Wed 10-7 and Sat 10-4, most of the units I show are occupied, please make an appointment with at least 24 hour notice to give current tenant. Anyone looking at the unit must provide a valid picture ID. (We are a pet friendly community. We allow maximum of two pets dogs and cats, two dogs are not allowed, weight limit of 55 lbs. full grown and breed restrictions apply)
