The home is central to Volcano, Hilo, and Puna! It's a short walk to the local grocery store, or a two minute drive to a larger shopping center. The half acre yard is peaceful and beautiful! It's Hawaii at its best! We're right on the main road so getting everywhere is convenient! Owner pays all utilities including water, Wi-Fi, electric. Trash does not get picked up at our address and must be taken to the transfer station. Owner pays for the yard service. Mail does not come to the house. You must pick mail up at the post office which is a short walk away. There is a required $200 non refundable cleaning fee. If the home is left in reasonable condition ie dishes done and put away, dirty linens put down at the laundry, trash picked up and brought to the dump, refrigerator emptied of all food, then the $200 will suffice for all cleaning charges upon move out. Linens, dishes, pots pans, cleaning supplies and all furniture comes with the rental. Rental is available August 1-December 31, 2022 only!
