House furnished with a queen size bed, futon couch and smart TV. Kitchen supplied with with basic pots and pans and utensils. Monthly rental included water,electricity and internet service. Propane tanks will be provided and it would be renters responsibility to refill portable tanks. 1st and last months rent required. no pets allowed. Absolutely NO drugs or violence allowed. Owners live on the same property.
