Washer and dryer work great. Heating and cooling are fantastic. Newer microwave, comes with a newer dishwasher! The roof has been well maintained over the years. The bad: Shower stall was installed with no waterproof layer on the base. ??Flex sealed it a couple of years ago and hasn't leaked since, but the floors have water damage. Subfloor is solid. Outdoor spigot leaks inside of the home when turned on, no issues when shut off, needs to be replaced. Weeping joint under the kitchen sink, had a container under there for a decade, water evaporates faster than it fills up. The roof is low pitch and ice dams build up easy in winter. I've remedied this by shoveling the roof regularly, but ice dams have caused leaks and minor water stains on the ceiling in spots of the home.
