You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located family friendly traditional cape cod home. Close to 2 beaches, ice cream shop, 3 playgrounds, tap room, waterfront restaurants, the famous cape cod canal and much more! 1 hour to Boston and 1 hour to drive to the end of cape cod providence town. Our 3 bedroom home is a cozy cape cod home with lots of nooks and crannies throughout. A fully fenced in yard boasts a great area for outdoor dining and entertaining. The house has freshly stained hardwood floors and newer windows. The kitchen has recently been updated and has quartz countertops. There is a separate dining room and the living room has a great gas fireplace for cold winter nights. The master bedroom is on the first floor with 2 smaller bedrooms upstairs. There is another tenant on the property that stays in the little in-law unit to the right of the main house with her little dog. The left side of the house is what is being offered for rent along with the left side of the driveway for 2 cars and along the fence there is ample parking for guests. Laundry is available but will be shared with the other tenant as it is in the basement. If you prefer not to share laundry machines there is a laundry mat 3/4 mile down the street. All utilities will be provided and this is reflected in the rental cost. We ask that if you are applying you will be a good steward and mindful of this as this will be conditional if exponential usage is seen. This is a pet friendly property. Owner will pay for all utilities (conditional to change if exponential use is apparent). Pets are welcome if behaved/ trained. Any damages caused by the pet will be deducted from the security deposit. This is a no-smoking property.
