Kitchen has been recently remodeled, and is a good size. Everything in the pictures is included - bed, couch, chair, tv, table & chairs, etc. Has separate furnace and central A/C from main floor. Rent is $1200/mo. and includes washer & dryer rental, grill, patio, DirecTV, high speed internet, lawn care, snowplowing. Security Deposit is $1200. Tenant is responsible for electric, trash, water, sewer, gas. Close to Centennial Park, library, Family Dollar, hospital - located at 17 E. 18th St. Off-street parking for 1 car. Pets may be OK with Landlord approval. Call or text for a no cost application. Here is how application process works: Applications will be processed in the order received. Criteria are: 1. Good references. 2. Credit score of 650 or higher (some exceptions can be made) 3. Income is at least 3x the monthly rent. 4. Have been at job for more than 1 year, and can demonstrate adequate income. 5. Not convicted of a felony or are on the sex offender registry in any state. 6. Previous tenants are given priority regardless of application order. If anyone meets all the criteria, they will be pursued first, regardless of application order. Then we will move to the person who meets the most criteria, etc. Criminal background check and sex offender list are checked first. References are called next. Then a meeting will be set up with the current upstairs tenant to ensure compatibility. If all looks good, we require a credit check, and will send you a request from experian.com.
