Maxx/Home Goods, Big Lots, 3 Publix, Aldi, Winn-Dixie, CVS, Walgreens, fast food, several shopping centers, Venice Island with it’s unique shops, a Post Office, the Legacy Trail for biking/walking, several thrift stores (my favorite) and more– all within 2-5 miles. We enjoy the slower pace of a smaller community. Lowering my price, in spite of having $20,000 into upgrades, as I want to go fifth wheeling. I will be leaving some china, silver, and crystal (enough to have a nice dinner or high tea. You will be able to move in and have everything you need. We are non smokers.
