    The house has a full open floor plan. It constructed using 2 x 6 walls with a three-quarter inch reflective hard board insulation on the plywood face and then Hardy plank siding. The new addition is built with insulated concrete forms. The upstairs is 2 x 6 walls construction with expandable foam insulation and reflective board. The reflective board is to keep all the heat in during the winter and cool in during the summertime. It’s a highly energy efficient home and retains the heat and cool with little energy loss. It’s very inexpensive home to heat or cool. The windows are Anderson 400, the top of the line windows on the market. It has a solar panel to heat the floor which provides you with plenty of radiating floor heat during the colder days. There are two wood stover but you only need one going to keep the chill out in the dead of winter and help with you heating bill. One of the wood stoves has a glass stove front which gives you an awesome ambience. There multiple heating systems in this home and the newest addition to this home is a high-efficiency heat pump, which provide with hot air and AC as well. August Electric bill running the AC all the time was 213.00 while using my wood working shop that month. This house could be a 4 bedroom home, with the right upgrades for a growing family and have a guest room as well. It has a very large garage for two to 3 cars with an large up stairs. I Just put a new roof on the barn in 2019 with 30 year shingles. I personally used the upstairs of the garage as a wood working shop or you could make it into a in-law apartment. This property is deeded by the town as farm land and with larger then normal lot 2.2 acres you could have up to two horses here. Arcadia State park is close by with numerous horse riding trails. There is a large wood shed attached to the garage that could be made into a small stable. This house also has a large tool shed that not only holds your lawnmower and gardening tools but has a generator as well. It’s a manual generator but it will keep your refrigerator and freezer going through any type of large storm. I’ve been without power here during a Historical Nor’easter for ten day and never lost any food nor did we ever get cold with the wood stoves going. The land here could be made into a large garden, which I had or a large lawn for the kids to play in. The possibilities of this home and property are limited to your own imagination. About 1/2 an acre is surrounded with a 3’ high fence for your dogs. There is a gravel pad next to the barn for boat storage or a camper which has a 30 amp hookup for the camper. This house look small from the outside but once you go through the front door it open to a large Full open floor plan. It’s a warm feeling home, ready for a new family and their adventures.
