    Private room available for rent. Historical home in quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown area. Whole house is shared with owner. Home has hardwood floors, large living areas, 2 bathrooms including clawfoot tub, and laundry in basement. Spacious backyard and detached garage. Owner has 2 senior cats - both friendly and docile. No smoking allowed. Renter is allowed use of garage space. Pet reptiles/rodents are okay as long as they remain in terrarium/cage. Renter is responsible to assist with snow removal, raking leaves, etc with owner. Room already comes with a bed and large dresser and end tables but I can move it if you'd prefer to use your own.
