This home is fully furnished. The home is currently leased from June 2026 to May 2027, but we are accepting reservations now for annual rentals starting in June 2027. Annual rentals are $5,900/month, fully furnished but without any utilities or pool/lawn service, and they will require a 1-month rent security deposit to reserve. Palm Coast is just 45 minutes South of Jacksonville, 20 minutes from St. Augustine, 30 minutes from Daytona Beach, and 1 hour from Orlando.
