Really nice backyard for entertaining family and friends. washer and dryer are in the basement, basement is your normal size basement clean and semifinished, however, entrance to the basement is a bit tricky. It's a cozy little house that can comfortably accommodate 2 ppl and maybe a child. If your family is bigger, than this house sadly is not for you. The house is close to everything. Rent must not exceed 40% of your income. Qualified applicants are welcome to come and see the house. owner will pay for trash and water and lawncare during the summer months.
