Rice Camp is a great way to have an affordable lake property. $65,000 includes house, boat slip and boat. $350 annual dues covers lot fee, roads maintenance, water, and trash. We've owned this property for 10 years, but a change in jobs is not allowing us to utilze the property and we know that is not good for the house. Therefore, we are sell. Love our neighbors and the whole Rice Camp environement - so will you!!
