House is on a hill and has some views there is a park up the street where you can see the Harbor. There is a major grocery store within walking distance. The space is updated and in excellent condition. The space is on the 1st floor. The room has closets and the kitchen is very nice to be in. As described, this is a great deal for someone. We ask for no smoking, no loud parties and no excessive drinking. The owners share the space with you. You will not see them much. This is an excellent deal for the right persons. We are looking for someone who has a job. We are looking for someone who will be responsble and maintain the place including for example shoveling when needed. You will shovel out your own vehicle. You will clean your space and the shared space as will the roomates. You will not have excessive stuff that sprawls out into other areas of the house.
