No smoking aloud inside and around the house, 30 yards Take your own trash in to the trash cans in the backyard. Paying your stay every four weeks. we do not eat pork so please do not cook/eat pork while staying with us Washer and dryer on site, we charge $5 per washing and $5 per drying load which is 50 cents more than in public places, but you dont need to sit and wait for laundry to be done.
