Spacious and sunny condo available 4/1. I love this place but I am relocating. The building is quiet, people are friendly and it's very close to bars/ restaurants as well as the light rail. The roof deck is amazing. Should you be the new renter, I would highly suggest a standing wine night with friends on the deck during the summer. It's been a good Wednesday past time for myself and my friends! I'd even give you a complementary set of plastic wine glasses which are needed to sit out there and drink! The pool are is large and you have a great view of it from the living room. If you're a runner the river road trail is just across the street! The HOA covers most maintenance issues but I'll be in Chicago and easily available if need be. Rent includes everything but parking and internet. Owner covers all utilities except internet and electric. Parking is included.
