This is a small unit with 1 small bedroom and bathroom upstairs and 2 small bedrooms and a bathroom in the basement. The stairwell is very narrow and limits the size of the furniture. Washer and Dryer hook ups are in the basement. This rental is close to College Place Schools and Walla Walla University. We are not qualified for Housing Authority and we do not accept pets of any kind due to severe allergies of the owner the fact this is a shared yard and property. Storage Units are being installed and should be complete by the end of August. Tenants will have access to an 8x10 storage unit on property when they are complete. A & R Rentals pays water/sewer/garbage and does general yard maintenance.
