Equipped to meet all your needs away from home, the cozy cottage features a queen bed in the bedroom and the living room sofa converts to a fold-down full-sized bed. Amenities include: TV, cable, washer / dryer, microwave, full-sized refrigerator and four-burner stove, separate dining area, single bathroom. Large deck with picnic table and brick-paved BBQ area are the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner overlooking the crashing waves. A stay atLyn's BeachCottage will clear your mind and recharge your spirit! NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED. Bed sizes: 1 Queen and 1 Full Futon. Linens provided MONTHLY $3000 PER MONTH /$100.00 PER DAY Rates updated 8/4/2017 Deposit is the same as the Rental amount. There is a Cleaning/Linen fee of $700. If the fees at the end of your stay do not equal this amount then the balance would be put towards the deposit and refunded to you. Monthly guests are to keep house clean. Guests are responsible for the PG&E, Comcast/XFINITY Bundle (Cable, WiFi and Phone) and Water during their stay at our properties. Owner keeps these utilities current and then sends them to Kendall & Potter. We then prorate for the dates you are at the property sending a copy to you for your records and reimbursement to the owner. Pleasenote that theFirst months' rent and deposit arepayable by cashier check or money order.We are sorry, we do NOT accept credit cards for rental payments, but we do require it for our records and for your utility bills that may come after your departure.
