Amenities include: TV, cable, washer / dryer, microwave, full-sized refrigerator and four-burner stove, separate dining area, single bathroom. Large deck with picnic table and brick-paved BBQ area are the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner overlooking the crashing waves. If the fees at the end of your stay do not equal this amount then the balance would be put towards the deposit and refunded to you. Monthly guests are to keep house clean. Guests are responsible for the PG&E, Comcast/XFINITY Bundle (Cable, WiFi and Phone) and Water during their stay at our properties. Owner keeps these utilities current and then sends them to Kendall & Potter. We then prorate for the dates you are at the property sending a copy to you for your records and reimbursement to the owner.
