The house also has access to the rooftop for gorgeous views and day time (or night time) drinks....as well as a backyard for bbq-ing, watching movies the projector and/or just hanging out. I currently have a 1.5 year old- sweet, happy, potty trained, non barking 1 year old Goldendoodle named Norman. The house: the house is soooooo big, spread out and nice to hang out in. The monthly bills include a house cleaner that comes once a month. It's a smoking outside of the house situation. We also do not have parties there. It's definitely a pregame spot from time to time or wine night with friends and a good tv show. Yet, we like our house clean, respected and a relaxing spot. All the furniture is already there (in every room, except yours) so all you need to bring is yourself and your bedroom furniture. Utilities are usually around $80-$100 a month. It comes with cable, internet , PG&E, once a month house cleaner, water, garbage sewer, Hulu, and Netflix. Plus the use of the PELOTON!
