Lease duration: home is available for 6-month to 12-month lease terms. Leases are non-cancellable once signed. Renewal is available at the end of the term, pending availability and landlord approval. There is a $600 monthly utility cap; any amount above $500 is the tenant's reponsibility and will be billed based on monthly utility statements.
