Great cottage in secluded section of island. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs with separate studio down. All recently remodeled with new hurricane impact sliding glass doors upstairs as well as several new windows. Downstairs room behind laundry room can be made into an additional bedroom. Great space on south side of house to add a pool. Good rental history that can be easily increased. North Captiva is a small island accessible only by boat or small airplane. House is close to the airstrip. We have no cars on the island and get around by boat, bicycle, and foot. We are about 7 miles west of Pine Island and easily accessible by 2 water taxi companies that run on frequent schedules. We also have 4 very good restaurants on the island and great fishing. This is a great place for vacation rentals or a relaxing place to call home. Come on out and check out paradise!
