It's also a short drive to the SkyWheel, Fun Plaza Arcade, and the Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the apartment and linens. Pets are not allowed and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the apartment later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the apartment, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. Pest Control Service days are scheduled the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month.
