The Sparks are a gracious and welcoming couple and over the years they opened their property to allow their friends and family to raise animals on their farm. From horses and livestock, to rabbits and bees, the farm was home to all kinds of animals. Ambrosia was a horse owned by the Sparks' friends and she was raised on the property by a young girl who would come daily to feed and care for the horse.
