Former owner of the property, Leslie, is a lover of nature and all animals. She had Martin houses throughout the property that housed Purple Martins as they migrated to the Austin area every year. Our floor plan, the Martin, is reminiscent of the Martin houses that were once on the property with a high-pitched roof and tall ceilings to to let natural light in, making it a great place to call home.
