Cottage has a covered front porch with porch swing and gorgeous sunrise views. Private driveway into cottage and parking for 2 vehicles on gravel pad. Gas and electric included. Water and cable not included, but Ozarks Go is available. No pets. Utilities: Owner pays gas and electricity. Renters pay water and cable/internet. Ozarks Go is available. Renters arrange garbage pick-up ($30 a month for rural pick up). Renters responsible for keeping yard picked up and mowed. May pay owner to mow, if desired ($35 every other week or so in growing season). May purchase firewood from owner if desired ($15 for box). These payments can be via paypal. No subleasing. This is a great cottage for a single or couple. It is not childproof. The cottage is small and not set up for roommates. Owners request respectful noise volumes and size of social gatherings. No extra vehicles, boats, trailers, etc without permission. No smoking allowed in house or on grounds. No pets. Six month to one year lease. One month deposit and first month's rent required at signing.
