This lease is for 3 month minimum with an option for renewal. We are currently renting this townhouse from Altera Highland. Our lease is up on December 31st but we need to move out at the end of August. Altera allows for someone to take over our lease and then at the end of the term they have the option to sign a 7, 12 or 13 month lease again or move out. We are not asking for any deposit. We put one down when we moved in and are not requiring you to pay us for it. We LOVED living in Altera Highland! The unit comes unfurnished. It has an attached two car tandem garage with plenty of storage space! The complex has two pools, on site gym, and community center. One of the pools is a resort style pool with a Jacuzzi, fire pits, brand new furniture, grills, and big screen TV's! Altera highland throws pool parties, brings out food trucks and has wine nights for their community. The staff is very friendly and responsive if you ever need anything. You can't beat this location! We loved living in this community and if we weren't purchasing a home we wouldn't be leaving!
