Upstairs is a big bedroom area with a workspace and full bath. Rental term: May 10th to August 25th. Utilities are separately charged, about 100-200 a month for electric and 50 for internet. This rental is available until the end of August. I'm looking for someone to do the whole time. It is furnished and I want someone to water the plants. Utilities not included, and I can give an estimation of their cost. If you will mow the lawn (mower included), 100 dollars off a month.
