The primary bedroom is quite large (easily fits king size bed) with a large ensuite bathroom and large walk in closet. The guest bedroom is larger (fits a queen bed, desk, couch) and has a similarly large walk in closet - it could also be an office or den. Guest bathroom is in the hallway. The main room has floor to ceiling windows that face south, so there is natural light all day, all year long. In the winter, the sunlight warms the room and I rarely need to turn on the heat during the day. The kitchen has an island with bar seating, great for chatting or hosting while cooking. There are granite countertops, a gas stove, and modern appliances. The gas fireplace is the centerpiece of the living room area. The space is large enough to have multiple layouts depending on your priorities. This unit is great for a solo person or a couple.
