We are renting our home in the Banbury Meadows community of Eagle/Boise Idaho. This is a very nice two-level, three bedroom, three bathroom patio home in a quiet and wonderfully landscaped neighborhood. It s a very quiet street with little traffic. This patio home has a very small backyard. We have found that families with a number of children find this difficult as there is no place for the kids to play-Just an FYI. We have to have a non-smoker. A pet may be ok and we are willing to consider it on a case by case basis. We would have to discuss what kind of a pet you have. Our preference however is not to have a pet in the home. We are able to start showing the home on Monday April 1st if you would like to visit.
