This newly remodled and FULLY FURNISHED "Airbnb" is going to be available for long-term rental in April 2025. This is such a well appointed small space! Most everything you need to make a comfotable home is provided. Basic linens will come with the rental but you might want to add to your personal taste. Attention to detail is shows in all aspects of this little unit. This unit is the first one in front of the 4-plex. It's close to Highland drive for easy commutes. You can drive straight up 3900 South for some Millcreek Canyon time. Laundry facility (Coin operated) is in the basement of this complex and shared with the 3 other units. This unit has a 5 x 7 heated, private, storage space in the basement. Each unit has an assigned parking space. The parking stalls are long so if you had 2 smaller cars, they would fit tandem. The yard was redone last year and turned out really beautiful! There are comfortable patio chairs that look out over the yard. It's a great place to sit at the end of a summer day! There is a community patio with a fire pit and barbecue. Current tenants are quiet and respectful. It's a peaceful space all round. I have Airbnb guest satying in the unit until April 15, 2025. Because I'm hosting guests, NO SHOWINGS of the interior until after the application process. Once approved, and it feels like a fit, I will coordinate a walk through before the final contract is signed. The $1400 Deposit is required to hold the unit through the negotiation period. If the unit does not show as expected, the deposit is fully refundable. The advertized price is based on a 12-month Lease Agreement. I would consider a 6-9 month agreement for an additional $200 per month. Electricity is tenant responsibility. There is community FREE internet. It is a shared x-finity account. If you require your own network, that would be an additional tenant expense. Each unit has their own electric meter and will set up service with Rocky Mountain Power. Landlord charges a monthly utility fee to covers the cost of the sewer, water, trash, yard care, and the gas for your hot water heater. That monthly fee is set at $105 through May 2025. It is scheduled to go up to $125 in June 2025. Renters Insurnce is required. There is a lease processing fee of $250 upon signing. Applications go through the Zillow application process. Zillow charges for this service. Any property that you choose to apply for, that accepts Zillow applications, will allow you to transfer your application should you choose a different route. I think their fee is $39 per person but I have not checked their fee structure lately, but I dought it would be much more thn that.
