    Newly re-done granite shower in master bathroom, full size washer and dryer in laundry room, wood-burning fireplace in living room, gas range in large kitchen with lots of cabinets, large loft (which could be converted to a third bedroom) with custom built-ins, attached 1 car garage, large patio, lots of warm sunshine. Community pool and sauna. Village in the Park has to be the best location in Daly City; High on a hill with great views, only a couple of blocks from the San Francisco, walking distance to Daly City BART, close to lots of shopping, but very residential, next to Mount San Bruno Reserve, great for hiking and feeling like you are out in the country. We recently moved from this condo to Walnut Creek. In that effort, we looked at a lot of other condos. None were as nice as this one. We lived here for many years. All the added features were the best, not with renting in mind. Tenant responsible for all utilities. Owner pays HOA and property taxes. Deposit is first and last month's rent and $1000 damage deposit which may be refundable at lease end upon owner inspection. Renter's Insurance required. Credit check fee of $30 to be paid by prospective tenant. Owner pays HOA, Property Taxes. Tenant responsible for Water, Gas, Trash and Cable or Phone.
