We recently moved from this condo to Walnut Creek. In that effort, we looked at a lot of other condos. None were as nice as this one. We lived here for many years. All the added features were the best, not with renting in mind. Tenant responsible for all utilities. Owner pays HOA and property taxes. Deposit is first and last month's rent and $1000 damage deposit which may be refundable at lease end upon owner inspection. Renter's Insurance required.
