However I am a friendly person and get along well with most people, but can keep to myself in general day to day. I do like to have friends over occasionally on weekends and also host the occasional party for holidays and special celebrations (halloween, 4th of july, birthdays, and such). I also like to keep active in the gym, or with other sports. Keeping the house clean and tidy especially in the kitchen and other shared spaces by being proactive about dishes and being a shoes off household is a priority. The landlord is an elderly lady and she is quite nice and accomodating on any issues with the house that come up. I am looking for other similar professionals that work in the area and are friendly, easy to get along with, and thoughtful of others. Rent is $1500 per tenant. Monthly Utilities combined usually run $300 per person as well. Renter is responsible for water, electricity, and internet bills. No smoking or pets allowed. Last months rent due at signing. The HOA covers lawn care, snow removal, and garbage.
