Backyard with fire pit, next to a small stream and natural field. No smoking. No pets allowed, must be ok with cats and children. The property also has a "quarantine" vegetable garden we made with previous renters. Participation in the garden is optional. If you are up for some weeding and watering, we are happy to split the work and the bounty. Water and garbage are included. Property is on septic. Electricity is billed monthly, landscaping is as well. Rent is $2150, plus electricity bill and landscaping fees. Water and trash are included. 12 month term.
