Due to COVID we are not scheduling in person tours. A virtual tour will be emailed to you upon request for an application. Our home located on Sallie 'O' in Manteca is a 3 bedroom 2 full bath. The master bedroom contains a full bathroom with a privacy door. This bedroom also has a walk in closet. Landscaping is included with our property (weekly during warmer seasons and biweekly during the colder seasons.) This property is newly renovated and has cordless binds in each room. Ceiling fans are included in each room. The tenant is responsible to provide a refrigerator. Washer and dryer hookups are indoors with designated space for laundry. Dryer hookup is a 3 prong 125/250V. Washer is a standard 120V. We do not provide those appliances as well. In order to receive an application you must contact our office at and provide an email address. An application will be emailed to you since our office is not open to the public. Anyone 18 years old and over must submit an application along with all requesting documents. Any missing information on the application and missing documents will be considered incomplete and will not be processed. Each applicant will have to provide a money order of $30 in order to process the application for a credit/background check. Dimensions for each room will be posted shortly. Once landscaping is complete, we will have pictures provided of the backyard. Please keep in mind our office phone lines are only open Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30. Any phone calls after business hours cannot be answered. Up to two small pets are permitted 25 pounds and under with a pet deposit of $150. Landscaping is included with rent at no additional cost. Our Rental Agreement is a standard month-to-month agreement.
