Welcome to our newly renovated apartment. Its in a very quite, safe, peaceful location and is also perfect for taking walks. Its in a great location because its just a few minute drive to restaurants and shopping, less then 10 minutes to highway 75 so you can be in Cincinnati, Dayton and in anyting inbetween at no time at all! On the inside of the apartment you will find new, comfortable furnishings so you can feel right at home! This apartment is attached to my house where myself and family live but it has its own entrance and is completly separate with NO shared spaces or entrances into each other spaces. It also has its private patio and outdoor area where you can relax and enjoy your beverage of choice! This is setup more like a hotel room but does have: medium size fridge, microwave, toaster oven that can also bake, regular coffee pot and kuerig. If you want to do cooking unfortunately it might not be a good fit for you. Everything is included in the price. We are looking for people that are traveling for work and need a short term furnished rental.
