Private room in 3-bedroom unit. The duplex has a large garage and a backyard, along with driveway and street parking. We take care of city utilities (water/sewer/garbage) that amounts to roughly $200/month. We also do the yard maintenance. If there are repairs needed, we make them without delay. You would be living witth two male UCD students (one grad, one undergrad).
