This is a very comfortable home for the same price as many 2 bedroom apartments in Denton, so why live in a crowded apartment community when you can have your own space to barbeque in the backyard and a 2 car garage to park your cars? Relaxed husband and wife are the landlords and we do not hit tenants with all kinds of extra fees. We are real people and not a corporate machine. We believe the rental business should be a win-win for the tenants and property owners. This house is on a very quiet street and has lots of charm. The neighbors are mostly homeowners and take good care of their homes. Lots of big shade trees in the front and side yard with a large fenced yard in the back. Oversized 2 car garage can be entered through the kitchen. Kitchen, dining and living room are an open arrangemenT. All common areas have laminate wood flooring. Lots of windows throughout to bring in plenty of light. The master bedroom has it's own bath while the second and third Bedrooms share the hall bath. All bedrooms have new carpet. Kitchen and both baths were just updated and the rest of the house has just been painted with all new floor covering. I fixed this house up to sell, but I liked it so much when I was done that I decided to keep it as a rental. GOOD CREDIT IS A MUST! 660 CREDIT SCORE OR BETTER IS REQUIRED
