In 2011 two projects were completed. The first was the screened in porch was walled in (professionally) and turned into an additional 255 sq. ft. lanai, with it's own air conditioning and heating. Also, a 16 x 16 out building was completed (concrete block) which matches the house in fax brickwork (sculptured stucco) and roof. In 2014 we had a new outside high efficency heat pump installed. Also a new water heater was installed. 2016 - Kitchen completely renovated with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, recessed LED lighting, and matching stainless steel GE appliance. New high floor baseboards installed throughout house. Renovated one bedroom by removing door and installing on a different wall creating more livable space in family room. 2017- Replaced inside air handler unit (inside and outside both Trane units). 2020 - Renovation of guest bathroom. Kitchen tile backsplash added. With the extra square footage, out building, and other renovations, we estimate the value of the home is now in the $375K - $400K range (as of June 2020).
