Shipping container office: This second-story workspace is 640 sq/ft featuring two balconies and a 320 sq/ft front deck. Rent is $1000 a month and includes utilities and wi-fi. Bus Workspace: This 240 sq/ft office is in an army bus that has been converted into a modern flexible workspace, great for office work or for most studio art practices. Rent is $600 a month. Both spaces have heating and AC, high speed internet and bathrooms that are shared between the other shipping container units. Rent includes wifi and utilities. The Pulp Arts campus is comprised of Pulp's recording studios, shipping container offices and fabrication workshop. We're a team of artists, musicians, engineers and creatives working on innovative projects and surrounded by beautiful ecologically conscious landscaping. We hope to be working alongside you soon!
