The floors are original (and not perfect) and doors need adjusting every once in a while. Easy fixes though and I live nearby if you ever need anything. If you want to live downtown and have a yard for your dog this is a great home. Pond and covered deck in the back. FAQ's 1. Yes, the back yard is fenced in all around. 2. It does NOT back up to Mopac (faces West). There is a grass area across the street where people play with their dogs. There is a new sound wall across the street. 3. You won't hear traffic, but you (and several streets deep) will hear the occasional train that comes through town. It's more of a low sound. Hasn't ever been an issue for any tenants. 4. Floor in the study is slightly sloped because the foundation isn't perfect. It's not a bedroom so shouldn't be a problem to most. 5. It's available September 1, 2016. I first rented it nine years ago and it has been passed through friends which says a lot. People like living here and love the location! Tenant responsible for all utilities.
