Very nice condominium that has just had a whole lot of renovations including remodeled kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, new steel appliances, new flooring, lovely renovated fireplace & new HVAC System. All renovations within the past few months. Close to the beach and very good price. Nice wood floors and a large living room with a fireplace. 2 different decks; 1 on the front & 1 on the back. Large laundry room & 2 full bathrooms are nice bonuses. Ohhh! It also has 3 pools and 2 tennis courts in Eagles Landing. This community was started in the 1980's and has been a very affordable and popular area. It is a great place to live in personally and/or come in the various seasonal areas or rent it for a decent monthly amount. Only a mile from the Atlantic Ocean, close to Rehoboth Avenue and only a mile away from Dewey Beach. BTW, it is close to Rehoboth Bay and the canal. Absolutely one of the most popular Beach areas in the U.S. BTW, the $700.95 quarterly Condo Fee includes the Recreation fee, which is $440 per year. That means that it is very reasonable that the monthly fees are $233.65.
