We really care about this apartment and are hoping to find someone or a couple who will cherish this space and appreciate the good vibes in the neighborhood as much as we do while we work on a project on the East Coast. Ideally we are looking for a 4-6 week summer sublet but we are open to discussing other options. This fully furnished apartment could be perfect for someone who is working on a project in the film industry as we are not too far from Warner Brothers, Paramount, Universal, Disney as well as the Netflix offices. The gated parking behind the building makes commuting easy especially after a long day. Our home would also be great for someone who is working remotely as we have a nice office area with great light. We can leave 2 monitors out for you as well if that would be helpful for your home office setup. The Silver Lake neighborhood is really special. It has a Brooklyn feel with many fantastic coffee shops like La Colombe, Intelligentsia, and Cafe Nido. Some of our favorite restaurants in all of LA are a stones throw from the apartment too like the Win-Dow, Pine & Crane, Sqirl, Night+Song Market, & Bacari. We also have many grocery stores within walking distance like Erewhon, Trader Joes and others that are also offering delivery or curbside pickup like Wholefoods & Yummy. It is easy to get outside safely here as we are a short walk from the reservoir, parks, and the famous Silver Lake steps where you can enjoy panoramic views of the city.
