There is a large covered porch out back for family gatherings or to listen to a ballgame as the house backs up to Garvin Park. That means you are within walking distance to the Augusta Lake, many parks, the dog park, etc. The location of this house is wonderful! Showings will be scheduled through the Calendly app link.
