Highland Park has been revitalizing for the past 6-7 years and a majority of the homes have been renovated or they are currently being fixed up. A great old fashioned neighborhood located five minutes from downtown Chattanooga, with homes revealing beautiful architechural elements from the late 1800's through the early 1920's.
