You'd mostly be the only person living there. Last year I was only in LA 1 month, but I sometimes come and go. Given I travel often, I'd like to find someone for a minimum of a year. My last roommate lived there for 4 years, and only left to move to NY. The apartment is fully furnished, including a wall bed with an unused mattress in your bedroom, but there is a garage where you can store a few pieces of furniture if it doesn't fit in the house. My primary goal is someone who is a professional, and values the win-win of roommate prices for mostly living by yourself. There's a big yard and off street parking included with a non- Tesla electrical charger installed. The lease is a legal sublease. I am asking for a minimum of 1 year, but hoping to find someone to live there for maybe a few as I hope my work will continue.
