Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation. The annual Lease will be considered at $24,000 per month. -Month to Month-to-month lease (30-day minimum) is available. All Reservations are subject to a Damage deposit, Cleaning Fee, and applicable taxes and fees.
