There is also the possibility of adding the large gourmet fully equipped kitchen off the owner's art studio (separate entrance) for the tidy and considerate tenant w/ an additional fee. We have an additional listing (listed separately but also currently available for 1-6 months with consideration of extension), the Guesthouse Cabin, which is a completely separate and private dwelling/listing set apart from the main house, and a few hundred feet away from the Poolside Suite, Main house, so completely private. This is a private Suite in the Main House with its own private entrance and parking spot for one. The Poolside Suite is on this 1.3 acre property FOR short term (1-3-6 months) if available!
