Our home is in a very quiet area with no thru traffic yet still in the heart of it all! 3 minute car ride to Publix, shopping and restaurants. 1 more minute to Spanish Springs Town Square. (9 min by cart). 2 recreation centers within 1 mile. Close to the Polo Fields and golfing, and even just a few minutes from the hospital. Non smoking, no pets. Monthly and 2 week rentals available starting April 1, 2024 going forward. Rental rate varies seasonally. PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY RENTED 10/15/24 through 3/31/25 but is available outside of those dates.
