There is a large living room , a single bath, and a kitchen large enough to accommodate a table and chairs. There are coin operated washers and dryers on site. There are large windows and the unit is bright. This building was built in the 1970s, and there is a carport with room for one car. I still need to clean through out, and am starting to paint and clean. I could have it ready anytime. The previous tenant had a family issue which required a quick departure, and as you can see in the photos they left some furniture. Tenants pay their own electric bills, and the heat is electric. I pay the water bill. The security deposit is the same as the rent. By far the best way to inquire about the unit isto email through Zillow, and if you really want the best chance to rent the unit, that email puts you at the head of the line. You can try to text between 10am and 2pm during the week, but I would strongly discourage you from trying to contact me by phone, as I am working on the apartments throughout the day and have no way to take notes.
