Minutes to town, Whole Foods is a quick 4-minute drive, HEB 7 minutes; 12-15 min to Austin Intl airport; Private, quiet--Walkable to coffee, icecream, food (the Laundrette); river paths, Lady Bird Lake and the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail, The Holly neighborhood is known for its leafy residential streets, and is located just east of downtown Austin. Enjoy a quiet, green country feel with no traffic noise, singing birds, all while being ideally located downtown and near the river! The lease will require a professional cleaning upon departure, and is not incluided as part of the deposit.
