Honestly, the cheapest option you'll find in this location. Spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment a short walk to campus and down town. 2 min walking distance to Dillons on Mass. Despite being walking distance to campus, it is a surprisingly quiet location, perfect for grad students. Available beginning January (move in date is flexible but by the 10th at the latest). Designated parking behind building. Currently I have the 2nd Bedroom set up as a home office but you could use it as a second bedroom. Let me know if you'd like to check the place out!
